Traci Dondanville |
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations in 1988 from Texas Tech University, Traci began her recruitment advertising career with Cameron-Newell Advertising, a premier national recruitment advertising agency specializing in the health care field. As a key member of the Cameron-Newell team, Traci opened the Walnut Creek office in 1991. Soon after, she was promoted to Regional Vice President with sales and financial responsibility for Northern and Central California and the Pacific Northwest. After Cameron-Newell was acquired by TMP Worldwide in 1999, Traci continued to run the Walnut Creek office and worked closely with other local VPGM's to provide management and direction for the region. By leveraging her extensive expertise to her client's recruitment and retention projects, Traci was able to provide strategic direction on all facets of an account, from identifying the needs of the client's organization to creating innovative plans for recruiting the industry's top professionals.
Currently, Traci is co-founder and President of SPIN Recruitment Advertising. Her entrepreneurial spirit, professional business practices and client advocacy help define the SPIN difference.

Upon graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1992, Stephanie joined the Recruitment Advertising field with Nationwide Advertising Service as an Account Executive. From there, Stephanie was recruited to work for Cameron-Newell Advertising where her zest for outstanding customer service, dedication and hard work earned her a promotion to Branch Manager. While with Cameron-Newell, Stephanie was instrumental in ensuring superior client satisfaction, overseeing day-to-day operations and mentoring staff. After TMP Worldwide acquired Cameron-Newell, Stephanie continued to use her strong industry knowledge in order to provide unparalleled service to her clients.
